In "The Heart of Health, Avoiding Deception", the book begins with how most people come into the health care world,with a crisis. There initial need is met. I use cardiovascular disease as a backdrop as the principles can be extrapolated to every condition. I explain the benefits as well as the place for modern medicine. Some in medicine stop there. I explain why my patient, David, had the need for acute care medicine.. the stressors in life, most unseen, as we stray from the original plan. After I explain the reason why he had his problem, we will introduce the solution which was given to us at creation. Along the way deceptions are exposed. The Bible is proven to be true. We demonstrate how science supports the original plan. This book will be a great textbook for the CDC and should, if applied, save the healthcare system big bucks. This book gives the answer to the healthcare dilemma. We eventually get back to what is at the Heart of Health and is essential for any treatment plan to be successful...love.

This book will be totally unique because we show the place for the different healers of the world and are bold enough to declare that without love which comes from a relationship with the Creator, there cannot be true healing just a temporizing of the symptoms.

I used the healing model of Christ as the template. He came and met the people wherever they were at with love. First he met their acute problem whether this be blindness or leprosy. He gave acute care. He loved them. He taught them about their lives. He wanted them to think on their own and brought them to truth slowly while pointing out the deceptions of His time. He introduced them to the Father and invited them to allow the Holy Spirit to open their eyes to truth. He told them stories they could relate to. All along he wanted them to learn about love which originates from the Father. This is the pattern I tried to follow in the book.

The power in this book will be the Holy Spirit once again opening the eyes of the readers to truth.
